Gracie Jiu Jitsu Seminar on Saturday November 1st

Impact Martial Arts in Harrison will be hosting a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Seminar on Saturday, November 1st from 4:00PM - 7:00 PM. Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and Professional MMA Fighter Michael Braswell will instruct the class. Anyone interested in Martial Arts is invited to attend. Cost is $40.

About Mike Braswell:

Mike is a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under 3rd Degree Black Belt Professor Allen Hopkins and holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Mike started training in martial arts in 1999 and in Gracie Jiu Jitsu in 2003. In 2006, Mike dedicated his full time devotion to Jiu-Jitsu and started assisting as an instructor. From 2006-2010, Mike was active MMA including professional from 2007-2010. He fought on Bellator 9 and 18. Mike has also competed at many Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, and is a former Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas State Champion. Mike currently teaches full time at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Shreveport/Bossier. On October 1, 2012, Mike married his wife Ashley and they now reside in Bossier City. On July 29th 2013 Mike and Ashley welcomed their son Levi Daniel Braswell into the world. Mike enjoys being involved in church, being with his wife, and in his spare time enjoys sports, and the outdoors of any kind.
